Raised in the heart of Bromyard, Herefordshire, the Rayboulds; butchers of 30 years, have taken the stage to make the best gourmet hotdog. Using our expert knowledge of the trade and using the finest locally sourced outdoor-reared pigs, we have established the tastiest dogs in town.
All of our sausages are handmade using natural casings and seasoned with black pepper and salt and we use locally sourced outdoor-reared pigs to make the perfect handmade pork sausage, seasoned with a hint of salt and black pepper, served on a freshly baked brioche roll, with our favourite homemade sauces and insanely good bacon and cheeses.
